Shipping information - EST ( Monday to Friday )
1: Processing and shipping only takes place on "Business days"
2: Business days are defined as Monday - Friday only. Weekends and holidays listed below are not included.
3: Orders placed after 4pm EST are considered the next business days transaction and will not be processed until following day.
4: Signatures may be required for select deliveries. Please ensure your ship to address is ready to accept deliveries and someone is available to sign for the package.
5: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO BOX or INCOMPLETE addresses.
6: We do not offer weekend delivery or same day shipping.
7: All undeliverable packages will be charged a re-shipment fee.
8: All delivery charges are subject to change.
9: Please Note : Your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products.

PLEASE NOTE 2015 DRHANKKER WAREHOUSE CLOSURES :
1: 1st of JAN ( New Year Day) - Order placed after 4pm EST on 18th of Dec will be processed 3rd of JAN and shipping
2: 18th to 23rd of FEB ( Chinese New Year Day) - Orders placed after 4pm EST on 11th-FEB , will be processed 25th of FEB and shipped accordingly .
3: 1st of May ( Labor Day ) - Orders placed after 4pm EST on 23rd of APRIL will be processed 3rd of MAY and shipped accordingly
4: 31st of August ( National Day ) - Order placed after 4PM EST on 25th of August will be processed 2nd of SEP and shipped accordingly .
NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY & EXCHANGE PRODUCT POLICY :
1: EXCHANGE PRODUCT can be made within the first 15 days of purchase.
2: Please note we can issue credit vouchers for 100% of the purchase price of the returned items.
3: Vouchers are redeemable on DR HANKKER PRODUCTS only.
4: All delivery charges are subject to CHARGES WHEN EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
5: Please Note: Your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products.

6: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless error is determined to be ours.
We do require that all customers contact us within 15 days of the purchase date with any quality control issues,
damaged packaging or product dissatisfaction. All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt; otherwise DR HANKKER will not be liable.
